My Story
Hey, thank you for being here and wanting to read my story.
I could start by listing credentials, qualifications, or years of experience.
But honestly? The most important thing I bring to this work is what I've lived through. And what I've had to unlearn to get here.
For as long as I can remember, I was driven. Not by passion, but by pressure. Pressure to perform, to succeed, to prove something I couldn't quite name. On the surface, I had it together. But underneath, I was running on anxiety, self-doubt, and sheer willpower.
I tried everything. Therapy, journaling, meditation apps, self-help books, cold plunges, breathwork, supplements, you name it. Some things helped. Most didn't stick. And the deeper patterns? They kept showing up, no matter what I did.
Then I found hypnotherapy.
And yes, I know that hypnotherapy is starting to get popular in the "wellness world" as the magical solution to all our problems. But the hypnotherapy I experienced and studied was the clinical, evidence-based hypnotherapy rooted in neuroscience. And for the first time, something actually shifted. Slowly but surely, the situations that used to throw me down in the dumps weren't having that effect on me, and I noticed how i started acting differently in mundane every day situations where I never even knew I was carrying tension, belief, identity conflicts.
Because that's actually what is happening undernieth: When people say "we create our reality" that IS true, but not in a magical sense. Every thought we have generates an emotion, that then makes us act a certain way, creating certain results. Hypnotherapy is just an efficient way to cut through the automatic thought and emotional patterns that dictate our behaviour, allowing us to act differently and, in turn, create different results.
I trained and certified in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) under Marisa Peer which I dare to say is one of the best schools there are, despite their very aggressive marketing and sales strategy. I studied how the brain forms beliefs, how the nervous system holds patterns, and how sound, language, and focused attention can help the mind reorganise itself.
And then I started building Tabula Rasa.
For me it represented the thing I wished had existed when I was stuck in loops I couldn't think my way out of.
Tabula Rasa is built on one idea: that the mind already knows how to change. It just needs the right conditions. Space instead of pressure. Repetition instead of force. Immersion instead of information.
Every experience we create is designed with that principle at the centre. Layered sound, clinical hypnotic language, and frequency-specific design, all working together to help your system return to coherence.
I'm not here to be your guru. I'm not here to sell you a fix. I'm here because I know what it's like to feel stuck, to want to change, and to not know where to start.
This is my way of offering what I found without pretending to have all the answers.
Thank you for being here.
