Refund policy

Tabula Rasa Studios sells digital audio and one-to-one sessions. Because our products are delivered digitally and, in most cases, written specifically for you, the terms differ by product.

Pre-recorded sessions ($12)

Delivered immediately on purchase. Because the file is available to download straight away, these are non-refundable once downloaded.

If the file does not download, will not play, or is not what was described, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Bespoke sessions ($42) and the Transformation Starter Pack ($120)

These are written for you after you complete the intake form, so they cannot be resold or reused.

Before we begin writing: full refund, no questions. Contact us any time before you receive your session.
After delivery: if the session does not reflect what you described in your intake form, tell us within 14 days and we will rewrite it once at no cost. If the rewrite still misses, we will refund you in full.
We do not refund on the basis that the pattern has not changed within a given timeframe. Responsiveness to hypnotic suggestion varies between individuals, we say so throughout the site, and we cannot promise an outcome.

360 System Rewire ($850)

Cancel more than 7 days before your first session for a full refund.
Within 7 days of the first session, we refund the unused portion of the programme.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are chargeable.

EU and UK customers - your right to withdraw

Under EU and UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can be waived, and by completing checkout you agree that:

you want the digital content delivered immediately, and
you understand you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once download begins.

You keep every right set out above, which go beyond the statutory minimum.

How to request a refund

Use our contact form, quoting your order number and one line on what went wrong. We aim to respond within one working day and process approved refunds within 5-10 working days to the original payment method.
